Eliot is AMAZING. I recently had surgery and got a bill from the hospital of over $1,000. I have an HMO and went to a tier one doctor so there should be no payment due. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with the insurance company. I was going to call the insurance but first emailed Eliot to see if I was wrong in thinking I shouldn't be billed. Without a second though Eliot told me to send him the bill and he would call the insurance. Within a day he got back to me with the person he spoke to and a reference number and what was needed. I can't express how nice it was to not have to deal with the insurance company. I'm so happy that Eliot is there when I need help with anything. Not having to worry about the stress of fighting the invoice or figuring out how I was going to pay for it was the last thing I wanted to deal with after my surgery. Thank you Eliot for all you do.
